Before you call our office to schedule your appointment please note 

  • We do not accept HMO plans only PPO
  • All new patients must submit new patient forms found below prior to calling to schedule an appointment

Appointment Availability

  We are fully booked until the new year (January 2022) The first available openings for Endoscopies and Colonoscopies that will not be preformed at Cottage Hospital requiring full anesthesia are in February. We have openings for Endoscopies and Colonoscopies administered under conscious sedation beginning mid January. To understand the difference between the two click the button below. Most of our patients request conscious sedation. To understand the difference, please see our services tab
